Great news! The road to Lakeside Park has been leveled and repaved, and a new drainage ditch has been added for improved access and durability. The boat ramp is now open — and the whole area looks absolutely beautiful! 🚤🌿

As a reminder, due to recent flooding, please consult local sources for current water quality updates and any access restrictions. The HOA does not oversee or assume responsibility for water conditions.

We're also happy to report that Creekside Park has been refreshed: weeding completed, trees trimmed, and the entrance cleared. Although roadside paving is still in progress, the park is open and ready for your enjoyment.

Both parks use the same gate code, which can be found by visiting TravisSettlement.com (http://travissettlement.com/) and navigating to the “HOA Documents” section in the drop-down menu.
